Captured in bargello, this butterfly will tickle your sense of color. Learn how the manipulation of a traditional pattern led to a delightful representation of one of nature’s delights. Stitched on 18 count canvas using Silk & Ivory threads as well as #3 pearl cotton, this design stitches up quickly and can be finished in a variety standard frame shapes making it a versatile design and easy to finish. Temperature SAL!

CyberStitchers hosted a counted canvas Temperature SAL designed by Carol Storie of Heartfelt Designs (https://www.heartfelt-designs.com/). It was a great way to learn different stitches. Members can get the patterns and instructions in the Temperature Mystery SAL subgroup on our Groups.IO site: https://cyberstitchers.groups.io/g/chat

This was a fun project and it is interesting to see how everyone’s piece turned out depending on where they live and the colors they chose!

Here is Jo Ann’s version. The left side (mostly greens, blues and purples are the low for Saturdays in North Texas. The one on the right (mostly yellow, orange and yellow greens) are the high’s for Saturday.
